2026 Scholarship Application

The New Home Baptist Church, Rockford, Alabama, has been generously endowed by church members who, through gifts and memorials, have established a scholarship fund that provides financial support to full-time students each year. The value of each scholarship will vary according to the return on funds invested and the number of qualified applicants.

Application Procedure

Applications are now available. Completed applications should include a current school transcript and a letter of recommendation. 

 

It will be preferred that the application be typed.  All responses should be detailed and completed to help the Scholarship Committee evaluate the application completely. 
 

After the applications have been reviewed, the Scholarship Committee will contact all applicants. Scholarship applicants will be invited to the award presentation during a worship service in May. 
 

The application is for one academic school year; however, a student may reapply in the following years if qualifications are met. Students may receive up to 4 scholarship awards.
